WHERE IS MUTYA BASED?
We are based in Edmonton, Canada. We source materials from around the world and handcraft each and every piece in our home studio.
WILL I RECEIVE THE EXACT MUTYA BRACELET SHOWN IN THE PICTURE?
Due to discrepancies between screen sizes, we are unable to take pictures that represent the actual size of the jewelry. For this reason, we provide detailed measurements and descriptions of our jewelry on every product. Because each bracelet is hand made and we use a variation of natural gemstones, the beads and bracelet may vary in size and there may be a slight colour variation in your gemstones.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT BRACELET SIZE TO ORDER?
To find the perfect bracelet for you or for any sizing inquiries, visit our Size Guide.
HOW DO I MAKE MY MUTYA BRACELET LAST?
Its best to take care of your Mutya bracelets gently. Bathing, swimming, or partaking in any vigorous activity may break or damage your Mutya bracelet. Frequent stretching can also weaken the thread over time and may damage your Mutya.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK MY MUTYA BRACELET?
If your Mutya bracelets breaks within 14 days of receiving your order, we will restring it at no cost. Please send us a message within 14 days after receiving your Mutya through our contact page, and we will send you the steps you need to take. However, if you prefer we restring your bracelet, we offer restringing at a rate of $9.95 plus shipping.
